Terms and Conditions
These terms explain how ExtractHelp works with clients: quotes, payment, delivery, fixes and refunds, and how delivered data may be used. Our Service Policy sums up the main promises in plain language.
1. About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you ("you", the client) and ExtractHelp ("we", "us"), based in Arifwala, Punjab, Pakistan. They apply to our website, extracthelp.com, and to every service we provide.
By placing an order or paying a quote you accept these terms. You must be at least 18, and if you order for a business you confirm that you're allowed to accept these terms on its behalf.
Where a written quote or agreement for your project says something different, the quote or agreement applies for that project.
2. Our services
We provide web scraping, lead generation, data enrichment, automation, data analytics and virtual assistant services. Each project is defined by a written spec agreed before work starts: the source, the fields, the volume, the file format, the delivery date and the price.
We only collect publicly available data, and we may decline any project, for example if it would require logging in, getting around access controls or collecting sensitive personal data. How we collect data explains our rules.
3. Quotes, prices and payment
- Our price list shows fixed-price Starter and Professional packages. Larger or recurring work is quoted in writing.
- Prices are in US dollars. Any taxes or bank charges in your country are your responsibility.
- Standard orders are paid in full before work starts. Larger projects may be split into milestones set out in the quote.
- Recurring work is billed at the start of each agreed cycle, usually monthly.
- We accept card payments through Stripe, plus Wise, Payoneer, Binance and bank transfer. Payments are handled by those providers, and we never see or store your full card details.
4. Delivery
We deliver on the date agreed in your quote, by email or to a shared folder, in the format you chose (for example CSV, Excel, JSON or Google Sheets).
If anything could delay delivery, we tell you straight away and agree a new date with you. If you change the spec after it's agreed, the price and delivery date may change, and we confirm any change in writing before doing the work.
5. Checking your delivery, fixes and refunds
Please check each delivery and tell us within 7 days if anything doesn't match the agreed spec.
- We fix anything that doesn't match the spec free of charge.
- If we still can't meet the spec, we refund the part we couldn't deliver. If we can't deliver anything usable, we refund the full price.
- If a source becomes unavailable before we start, you can choose a full refund, a different source or a change of scope.
- Refunds are paid to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Fixes and refunds don't cover new requirements added after the spec was agreed, information that changes at the source after delivery, results of how the data is used, rush fees once rush work has been delivered, or issues reported more than 7 days after delivery. 6. Cancellations
- You can cancel a one-off project for a full refund before work starts. Once work has started, the project can't be cancelled, but section 5 still applies.
- Recurring work can be cancelled at any time with 7 days' written notice before the next billing cycle. Cycles already delivered aren't refunded.
- We may stop work if these terms are broken, for example if data is being used unlawfully. Unpaid invoices for work already delivered remain due.
7. Your responsibilities when using the data
You decide how you use the data we deliver, and you're responsible for using it lawfully. That includes following the rules that apply to your outreach, such as GDPR and UK GDPR in Europe, CAN-SPAM in the United States and CASL in Canada.
- Don't use our services or deliverables for spam, harassment, fraud or any unlawful purpose.
- Don't ask us to collect private data, data behind a login or paywall, or sensitive personal data.
- Don't give us false information about yourself, your business or the purpose of a project.
8. Ownership and confidentiality
Once you've paid in full, the datasets, reports and custom code we build for you are yours to use in your business. We keep the rights to our own tools, templates and know-how, which we use across projects. Please don't resell a delivered dataset as a stand-alone data product without our written agreement.
We keep your project details confidential, share them only with the people working on your project, and sign an NDA on request. Project files and deliveries are deleted 30 days after final delivery unless you ask otherwise.
When we process personal data on your behalf (for example, when we enrich or clean your own contact lists), we act only on your instructions and keep that data confidential. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
The ExtractHelp name, logo and website content belong to us and may not be used without our permission.
9. Accuracy and liability
We check every delivery against the agreed spec, but public sources can contain mistakes and change over time, so we can't guarantee that the source information itself is correct or current.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid for that project, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost business. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
10. Disputes and governing law
If something goes wrong, please email info@extracthelp.com with your order details first. We reply within 1 business day and most issues are resolved quickly.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Punjab, Pakistan have jurisdiction. For clients outside Pakistan, both sides may agree in writing to international arbitration in English instead.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force on the date of your order applies to that order, and the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
