Agreement Between You & ExtractHelp

Welcome to ExtractHelp. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "User," or "You") and ExtractHelp ("we," "us," or "our"), governing access to and use of our website at extracthelp.com and all associated data services.

By accessing our website, placing an order, making a payment, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

Important Notice: These Terms apply to all services provided by ExtractHelp including but not limited to web scraping, lead generation, data enrichment, automation solutions, data analytics, and virtual assistant services. Your use constitutes your acceptance.

ExtractHelp reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.

Acceptance of Terms

By using ExtractHelp, you agree to the following

By accessing, browsing, or using ExtractHelp's website (extracthelp.com) or any services offered by us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and fully accept these Terms and Conditions. These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, and any other users of our services.

If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a business, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In such a case, "you" refers to that entity.

Individual Agreement
If you use our services as an individual, you personally agree to these Terms and take full responsibility for your account and all activities therein.
Business Agreement
If using on behalf of a company or entity, the authorized representative accepts these Terms on behalf of the organization.
Updates & Changes
Continued use of our services after any modification to these Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.
Note: ExtractHelp may, at its sole discretion, refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders if we determine that a user has violated these Terms or has engaged in conduct harmful to our business, other clients, or third parties.

What ExtractHelp offers and how we deliver it

ExtractHelp provides a comprehensive suite of data-driven services designed to help businesses grow through accurate, scalable, and reliable data solutions. Our core offerings include, but are not limited to:

  • Web Scraping Services: Extraction of publicly available data from websites, business directories, e-commerce platforms, real estate portals, and other online sources into structured formats (CSV, Excel, JSON).
  • Lead Generation: Building and verifying targeted B2B prospect lists, LinkedIn leads, decision-maker contacts, and verified business email and phone databases.
  • Data Enrichment: Cleaning, verifying, deduplicating, and enriching existing client databases with missing or updated information including emails, phone numbers, and firmographic data.
  • Automation Solutions: Development of custom Python scripts, workflow automations, API integrations, and data pipeline automation to eliminate manual processes.
  • Data Analytics: Competitor price monitoring, market trend analysis, data visualization, and custom reporting services.
  • Virtual Assistant Services: Data entry, internet research, CRM management, document processing, and administrative support.

All services are delivered based on project requirements communicated by the client. ExtractHelp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice, though we will make reasonable efforts to notify active clients of significant changes.

Service Availability: ExtractHelp operates 24/7 with project managers available across time zones. However, delivery timelines are subject to the complexity and volume of each project, as agreed at the time of order placement.

Orders & Payments

How we handle pricing, billing, and payment processing

All orders placed with ExtractHelp are subject to acceptance and confirmation by our team. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to errors in pricing or product description, suspected fraudulent transactions, or if we determine a request violates our usage policies.

Billing Terms
  • Full payment required before project initiation for standard orders
  • Enterprise projects may be billed in milestones as agreed in writing
  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
  • Recurring subscriptions are billed at the agreed cycle (weekly/monthly)

Prices displayed on our website are indicative. Final pricing is determined after evaluating your specific project requirements. Custom quotes are provided via email or our consultation call before any work begins.

Important: Chargebacks initiated without prior communication with ExtractHelp will be treated as a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account suspension and legal action to recover costs.

All transactions are processed securely. ExtractHelp does not store your full credit card information. Applicable taxes (if any) will be the sole responsibility of the client based on their jurisdiction.

Delivery & Timelines

How and when we deliver your data

ExtractHelp is committed to delivering high-quality, accurate data within agreed timelines. Standard delivery for most projects falls between 24 and 72 hours from payment confirmation. Large-scale or complex projects may require additional time, which will be communicated clearly before order confirmation.

Rush Delivery
Expedited delivery available upon request. Rush projects are prioritized in our queue. Additional fees may apply depending on complexity and urgency.
Standard Delivery
Most standard projects (up to 50,000 records) are completed within 24–72 hours. Timeline is confirmed at order placement.
Recurring Delivery
Scheduled scraping projects deliver automatically at agreed intervals — daily, weekly, or monthly — to your email or CRM.

All data is delivered in your preferred format: CSV, Excel (XLSX), or JSON. We can also structure the data to match your CRM schema for seamless import. Delivery is made to the email address on file or via direct upload to a shared Google Drive or Dropbox folder as agreed.

Force Majeure: ExtractHelp shall not be held responsible for delivery delays caused by website downtime, anti-scraping countermeasures deployed by target sites, internet service disruptions, or other events beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, we will communicate promptly and provide a revised timeline.

In cases where project scope changes mid-delivery due to client requests, delivery timelines will be revised accordingly. Any scope changes must be confirmed in writing via email.

Refund Policy

Our fair and transparent refund framework

ExtractHelp stands behind the quality of our work and offers a fair refund policy designed to protect both our clients and our business. We are committed to making things right if we fall short of the agreed deliverables.

  • Full Refund Eligibility: If ExtractHelp is unable to deliver the agreed data due to technical limitations not disclosed at the time of order, a full refund will be issued.
  • Partial Refund: If partial delivery is made and the client is unsatisfied with the completeness of the dataset, a proportional refund may be negotiated based on the percentage of undelivered work.
  • Revision First Policy: Before issuing any refund, ExtractHelp will offer a free revision or re-extraction to resolve any quality concerns. We ask that clients allow us to correct issues before requesting a refund.
  • No Refund: Once data has been delivered and accepted (or if no complaint is raised within 3 business days of delivery), the project is considered complete and no refund will be issued.
  • Non-Refundable: Rush delivery fees, consultation fees, and subscription payments for already-delivered data cycles are non-refundable.
  • Change of Mind: Refunds are not provided if a client simply changes their mind after project initiation or if scope requirements were unclear or changed post-payment.
How to Request a Refund: Contact us at info@extracthelp.com within 3 business days of receiving your data. Include your order details and a clear description of the issue. Our team will respond within 24 hours.

All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of ExtractHelp management and will be made in good faith based on the merits of each case. Processing time for approved refunds is 5–10 business days depending on your payment method.

Intellectual Property

Ownership of content, data, and deliverables

Upon full payment and delivery of a completed project, the client is granted full ownership of the extracted and delivered dataset. ExtractHelp waives any proprietary claim over client-commissioned data deliverables once payment is confirmed and delivery is made.

ExtractHelp Retains
  • All website content, branding, logos, and design assets

  • Generic automation templates not built exclusively for a client
  • All published blog content, guides, and marketing materials

The ExtractHelp name, logo, and all associated branding are registered trademarks of ExtractHelp. You may not use our brand assets, reproduce our content, or claim affiliation with ExtractHelp without prior written consent.

Portfolio Use: ExtractHelp reserves the right to reference completed projects in anonymized form as portfolio examples or case studies, unless the client explicitly requests confidentiality in writing before project commencement.

Data & Privacy

How we collect, use, and protect your information

ExtractHelp takes data privacy seriously. Our full Privacy Policy is available at extracthelp.com/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

Data Security
All client data shared with us during the project process is handled with strict confidentiality and stored securely. We do not sell or share your personal or project data with third parties.
GDPR Compliance
We operate in compliance with GDPR and applicable data protection regulations. We only collect data necessary to provide our services and fulfill project requirements.
Confidentiality
Client project details, target sources, and delivered data are treated as confidential. NDAs are available upon request for enterprise clients requiring formal confidentiality agreements.

When you contact us, place an order, or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect information you voluntarily provide (name, email, business details). This information is used solely to process your order, communicate with you, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information under any circumstances.

Data Retention: Client project data is retained for 30 days post-delivery on our secure servers, after which it is permanently deleted unless you request extended storage. Raw source data and extraction logs may be retained for up to 90 days for quality assurance purposes.

Prohibited Use

Activities strictly not permitted on our platform

By using ExtractHelp's services, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities. Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your account, forfeiture of any payments made, and potential legal action.

  • Illegal Data Use: You may not use any data extracted by ExtractHelp for purposes that violate applicable laws, including spam campaigns, fraudulent activities, identity theft, or harassment.
  • Private Data Scraping: Requesting the extraction of private, confidential, or protected personal data that is not publicly available, or data behind authentication walls without proper authorization.
  • Unauthorized Resale: Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing data delivered by ExtractHelp without explicit written consent. Data is licensed to the purchasing client only.
  • Misrepresentation: Providing false information when registering, placing orders, or communicating with our team. Any impersonation of individuals or businesses is strictly prohibited.
  • Malicious Use: Using our services or deliverables for purposes that could harm third parties, damage reputations, or facilitate cyberattacks, phishing, or any form of online fraud.
  • Intellectual Property Theft: Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate ExtractHelp's proprietary tools, scripts, or methodologies without permission.
  • Competitive Intelligence Misuse: Using competitor data scraped for one client to benefit another client or third party not party to the original order.
Zero Tolerance Policy: ExtractHelp maintains a zero-tolerance policy for any use of our services that facilitates illegal activity, spam, or harm to individuals or businesses. We cooperate fully with legal authorities upon receipt of valid legal process.

Limitation of Liability

Understanding the boundaries of our responsibility

ExtractHelp provides data services "as is" and makes no guarantees beyond those explicitly stated in our project agreements and Guarantees page. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ExtractHelp and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, data, business goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from: (i) your use or inability to use our services; (ii) any changes made to the service; (iii) unauthorized access to your data; (iv) technical failures or inaccuracies in the data delivered; or (v) any other matters relating to our services.

Data Accuracy
While we guarantee 95%+ accuracy, we are not liable for decisions made based on the data provided. Clients are responsible for verifying data before use in critical business decisions.
Third-Party Sites
ExtractHelp is not responsible for changes made by third-party websites that affect the availability or structure of publicly accessible data after project completion.
Maximum Liability
In all cases, ExtractHelp's total cumulative liability to any client shall not exceed the total amount paid by that client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the limitations above may not apply to you in their entirety. Where such laws apply, liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted.

Termination

When and how service agreements may end

Either party may terminate their service relationship with ExtractHelp at any time. The conditions for termination vary depending on the type of engagement — one-time project or recurring subscription.

  • Client-Initiated Termination: Clients may cancel recurring subscriptions with 7 days' written notice before the next billing cycle. One-time projects cannot be cancelled once work has commenced. Any payments made for initiated projects are non-refundable unless delivery fails.
  • ExtractHelp-Initiated Termination: We reserve the right to terminate any agreement immediately, without notice, if a client violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent behavior, or uses our services for prohibited purposes.
  • Mutual Agreement: Both parties may mutually agree to terminate an ongoing engagement. In such cases, the client will be refunded for any undelivered work proportionally.
  • Effect of Termination: Upon termination, the client loses access to any ongoing services. Delivered data remains the property of the client. Outstanding invoices remain due and payable.
Subscription Cancellation: To cancel a recurring subscription, email us at info@extracthelp.com with your order reference at least 7 days before your renewal date. Cancellations requested after the renewal date will take effect in the following cycle.

Governing Law & Disputes

Legal jurisdiction and dispute resolution process

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. By using our services, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Punjab, Pakistan for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms.

For clients based outside of Pakistan, international commercial arbitration may be agreed upon as an alternative dispute resolution mechanism, subject to mutual written agreement. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Yes. Upon full payment and delivery, you own the data and may use it for any lawful commercial purpose including sales outreach, CRM enrichment, market research, and business development. However, you may not resell or redistribute the raw dataset to third parties without our written consent. Commercial use is subject to all applicable data privacy laws in your jurisdiction.
ExtractHelp guarantees 95%+ data accuracy on all projects. If the delivered data falls below this benchmark, we will offer a free re-extraction and correction at no additional cost. If we are unable to meet the agreed quality standards, a partial or full refund will be processed per our Refund Policy. Please raise any quality concerns within 3 business days of receiving your data delivery.
To cancel a recurring subscription or scheduled data delivery service, email us at info@extracthelp.com with your order reference number at least 7 days before your next renewal date. Cancellations received after the renewal date will take effect in the following billing cycle. Any data already delivered in the current cycle will not be refunded.
Yes. ExtractHelp is happy to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements for enterprise clients or any project involving sensitive business information. Simply request an NDA before project commencement and our team will review and execute it promptly. All client project details are treated as confidential by default, regardless of whether a formal NDA is in place.
