How we handle reviews
Reviews only help you if they are honest, so these are the rules we follow.
- We ask every client for feedback after delivery, whether the project went smoothly or not.
- We never write reviews ourselves, pay for them or offer discounts in exchange for a good rating.
- We never edit or shorten what a client says, and we never publish a quote without the client's permission.
- Every rating on this page shows the month we last checked it.
