Privacy Policy
How ExtractHelp collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit our website, contact us or work with us, and the choices you have.
1. Who we are
ExtractHelp is a data services agency based in Arifwala, Punjab, Pakistan. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us at info@extracthelp.com or on WhatsApp at +92 329-4697-703.
This policy covers visitors to extracthelp.com, people who contact us, our clients and newsletter subscribers. If your business details appear in a dataset we built for a client, see section 8.
2. What we collect

3. How we use it, and why we're allowed to

We don't sell personal information, and we don't use it to make automated decisions about you.
4. Cookies and analytics
- Essential cookies keep the site secure, make forms work and remember your cookie choice.
- Analytics: we use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to see which pages are useful. Visitors in Europe see a cookie banner, and analytics only runs if they accept. Elsewhere, analytics runs by default.
- Live chat: the Tawk.to chat window loads only when you click "Live chat", and then uses its own cookies.
- Google Tag Manager may also load other measurement tags we set up, and they follow the same consent choices.
You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page, or by clearing cookies in your browser.
6. How long we keep it

7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:
- Give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Correct information that is wrong or incomplete
- Delete your information, unless we must keep it by law
- Limit or stop how we use it, or object to a use based on our legitimate interests
- Send your information to you or another provider in a common format
- Withdraw consent you gave earlier, such as for the newsletter or analytics
Email info@extracthelp.com with "Privacy request" in the subject line. We reply within 1 business day and complete requests within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity first. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority where you live.
8. People whose details appear in our datasets
Some datasets we build for clients include public business contact details, such as a name, job title and work email. How we collect data explains what we collect and what we won't do.
If your details appear in a dataset we delivered, email info@extracthelp.com with "Data removal" in the subject line. We'll delete them from our working files and exclude them from future deliveries.
9. Security, children and changes
Our website uses HTTPS, access to client files is limited to the people working on each project, and project files are deleted 30 days after final delivery. No method of storing or sending data is completely secure, so please tell us straight away if you think something is wrong.
Our services are for businesses and aren't intended for anyone under 16. We don't knowingly collect children's information, and we'll delete it if we find we have.
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page and highlight important changes here.
